The U.S. is the only developed country with rates still at around 2% in parts of its curve. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K. are the only others with mildly positive rates. Europe and Japan are below zero, with the main exception of Italy starting with 4-yr debt and the long bonds in a select few other nations.
